We are seeking expressions of interest from a mature, enthusiastic, reliable and trustworthy person to supervise the association’s canteen.

Duties include:

Supervise the day to day running of the canteen each Saturday from 8.am – 5.00pm.

Supervise the canteen personnel

Be responsible for the placing of all orders, including hot food, confectionery, drinks, ice creams etc.

Be available to accept deliveries

Handle money from sales throughout the day.

Be responsible for the accounting of all money at the conclusion of trade.

Be responsible to the Executive Committee.

An hourly rate of pay will be offered.

We regret to inform you of the passing of Val Hornby, one of St. George's most respected senior umpires. Val lost her battle to an illness on 18th December 2007.
Val was an umpire with Connells Point club for over 20 years. Val had a passion for umpiring and for developing young umpires. Val would be happy to lend a hand where ever she could.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Val's family at this time.
She was loved and respected and will be sadly missed by the St. George Netball Community.

Congratulations to Moira Gaha, 2007 State League Div. 1 Coach, on her appointment as the Assistant Coach to the 2008 NSW U19s.
Moira says that she is excited about this opportunity and looks forward to learning from and working with Head Coach, Wendy Glassman.
We wish Moira the very best in her coaching career.
